To all of our service men & women, past, present & future, we thank you for all you do! Tim Gallano brought up his military service during his case to show that the mistake he made is not who he is. He is a loyal, patriotic American who gave 8 years of his life to the service.  He protected the rights that they have taken from him with the deceit & drama that they used to convince a jury he is a murderer.  The Assistant State's Attorney, David Sabatini, told him that he was hiding behind the flag & his service was a long time ago, it doesn't matter anymore.  How many of you served a long time ago?  How many of you risked your lives in wars & battles?  Well to David Sabatini of the 6th. District Court your service doesn't mean anything, especially if you ever do anything as heinous as defending yourself from someone pointing a gun at you.  He went as far as saying that Stacey Bravo was defenseless.  Do you think someone is defenseless if they are pointing a gun at you?   This man said this in open court.   Who is he to negate anyone's service to our country?  When TJ Gallano demanded an apology to all of the veterans, Sabatini wouldn't even look at him let alone apologize to the veterans in that courtroom.  This man is in a position where he is supposed to uphold the ideals of our constitution instead he commits perjury, coaches witnesses to do the same & insults our veterans JUST TO GET CONVICTIONS!  Another notch in his belt!   And when confronted by 4 people on May 1st., about his ignorant comment, he wasn't even man enough to apologize.  All of the veterans out there need to rise up & demand an apology!  He has insulted each & everyone of you!  TJ knows how it feels to be told that his service meant nothing so he doesn't want anyone else to feel that.
