Something very intruiging happened today! Dr. Baden ruled the death of Kathleen Savio a homicide. How does that relate to
Gallano's case? Well the original pathologist in the Savio case was Dr. Bryan Mitchell, the same doctor that did Stacey Bravo's
autopsy. The same doctor who testified differently from his official report. In Gallano's case he changed his story to fit the story
that the prosecutors wanted portrayed. Did he fix his report to protect Drew Peterson, a cop? Seems Mitchell has a thing for
authority figures.

Today was sentencing day. The motion for a retrial was denied on all counts, the evidence, once again, was
IGNORED. Three of the Bravo family members spoke to ask for Tim Gallano to be given the full sentence. Two of
his friends & his father spoke on his behalf. The judge followed right in the jury's footsteps ignoring the facts &
listening to the dramatics of the state & Bravo family. The fact that Stacey pointed the gun at Tim was ignored.
The fact that what the state contends Tim did is physically impossible along with the fact that ballistics don't add
up, was ignored. The perjury of most of the state's witnesses was set aside because Lagerwall said "we aren't
aware of any perjury" even though he was one of the perjurers. So Tim will be heading back to Menard soon. At
least there life is better than at county. But don't get us wrong...we know he won't be there forever. Not with
Fuzzy's Army on the job...an army that keeps growing!

TJ is finally at Menard! He can get a routine set up while he awaits news on his appeal. We can write to him &
before too long he will be able to have visitors & will start to be able to make phone calls. Things are looking
slightly up for him, since he has had hardly any contact with even his parents for the last 6 weeks while he was in
"reception" at Stateville. Drop him a note, he'd love to hear from anyone! Fuzzy's Address.

ASA Sabatini sent a letter to the warden at Menard. This letter was titled OFFICIAL STATEMENT OF FACTS. You can
read this letter HERE. There are also comments posted about this letter HERE. In this letter Sabatini shows his
true colors, not to mention his stupidity, Anyone who would send out a professional letter with that many errors
is a moron. Check it out for a good laugh or to learn how to twist facts into pretzels...or better yet, how to spin
your own story without any of the facts. That is what Sabatini is good at!

The appeal has started. The appeal defender has finished the briefs & we're just waiting for a response from the
appellate prosecutor. It should be interesting to see how they are going to try to wriggle their way out of all their
lies & misconduct. Check back for future news.
